No experience necessary. Our classes are for everyone, no matter your skill level. Don't be afraid to jump into any of our classes! All our instructors are great at breaking things down, answering any questions you might have, and providing any modifications needed. We are one big dance family who wants you to feel comfortable and will never judge you. You are free to learn and grow at your own pace and always have fun!
- Clothes that are comfortable for you to dance and move in
- Pre-filled water bottle
- Comfortable shoes you can dance in such as tennis shoes/sneakers. Socks, jazz shoes, or being barefoot are options for Contemporary and Jazz classes
- Dancing heels are optional for Burlesque class. Ones that are ideally close-toed/slight peep toe, no crazy straps, have ankle support, do not exceed 4 inches in height, and are comfortable on you.
- Soft knee pads are always good to have on hand for any choreography that has floor work. Burlesque, Jazz, and Contemporary would be the classes that may have floor work, more so than other classes.
Yes! We offer single drop-in classes, class packages, and monthly memberships so you can choose what works best for you. Members get exclusive perks like guest passes each month and discounts on workshops, pop-ups, special events, and merch.
Yes. The last 5-10 minutes of class we come in and film. This is mainly for you, so you have a record of your dance journey to look back on, practice, share with friends and family, post on your social media, whatever you like. This is optional. If you would prefer to not be filmed, please let us know. All footage is free unless otherwise stated, and will be available to you on our Google Drive.
All payments must be made in full prior to the start of a class, workshop, pop-up, special project or event. Refunds are not offered for missed classes, late cancellations, or no-shows unless otherwise stated. Class packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. All sales are final. No refunds will be processed. You will receive a credit back to your account if your reservation is cancelled at least 5 hours before the start time. If you cancel your reservation after the 5-hour window, you will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. If you no-show, you will be charged a $15 no-show fee.
Memberships automatically renew, and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the membership. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of $50. Membership Cancellation Policy: Members can cancel their membership by providing written email notice to us at facilitydancecompany@gmail.com at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. If a written email notice is given less than 14 days before the next billing cycle, the member will still be billed for that upcoming billing cycle, and the membership will not be cancelled until the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

There is parking in the parking spaces directly in front of the studio - but not to the left in front of the restaurant. There is parking in the parking lot that is down the alley behind the studio. There is parking in the parking lot of San Diego Mental Health Services directly across the street from the studio only after 5pm. There is also street parking.

No. Anyone who is not registered is not permitted to come in and spectate for safety reasons - with the exception of some of our youth classes.
